Crisis of Character
Our world faces a leadership crisis that affects every organization. What can we do to move things in the right direction? LeaderPalooza is an “un-conference” gathering passionate leaders and leadership development specialists to share ideas and brainstorm ways to encourage and develop leaders. Those attending will help initiate and encourage a cultural movement embracing character-based leadership to make a positive difference.
Un-Conference
Unlike a typical conference where people listen to a lot of speakers, this is an “un-conference” where the attendees help create the agenda and engage in discussions of their choosing. Everyone’s an expert, a contributor, and a part of the program. We will publish the major recommendations and action items of the group to encourage others to expand the reach of the solutions discussed.
This is your opportunity to be a part of the solution, to help formulate ideas to address the growing lack of effective leadership and how poor leadership practices may be discouraging others from stepping up to the plate as leaders.
