Zhana, thanks for the comment. I think the desire to make a difference in the world is growing and it also seems to be the one thing my friends have in common. And I agree that we all must do what we hope will make things better, unless we think they’re as good as they’ll get.

Thanks so much for this post. Although I am not a Christian, I strongly identify with the desire to make a difference in the world without necessarily knowing how to go about it. Thank you for taking a step. Sometimes any action is better than no action.

One of the truly great feelings is to come away from an event inspired. I love your statement tht you don’t want to come away without changing. You want to keep the enthusiasm (literally “God in me”).

I think you’ve taken the first step with this post. But the big question, always, is what will I do differently from now on and how can I structure things to make that happen? Good luck in your quest.

Great post, as always, Mike!!! I, too, thought the Summit was great today. Carey is exceptional, and I too am so determined to take his advice and get “out of the huddle and play the game!!” Way to help motivate the movement!!
