Yet Exodus was just one company, one success. This is what led Kris to collaborate with the Industrial Organizational Psychology Department at Colorado State University in 2009 to find out what makes employees feel good about coming to work and how to measure it – across US companies of many different ilks – B to B, B to C, large, small, blue collar, white collar, for-profit, non-profit.
Over 1000 hours of research later they had their answers and laid the foundation for the Choose People 360 Company Culture Audit.
