WORLD Magazine and Weaving Influence

Articles By Laura Finch
A midwesterner at heart, Laura started working in politics and communications in 2007. She has run legislators’ offices, written speeches that ended up in the Congressional Record and booked guests for a morning political cable program. Serving as a voice for the voiceless in a crowded media climate is what drives her work, but she loves watching others find their own voice even more.

Laura writes from Washington, DC for a national biweekly magazine and is a team member at Weaving Influence. She holds a B.A. from Taylor University and an M.A. in journalism from American University.
