Character-based leadership involves being the best person you are and leading from who you are rather than your position or your power.  Even within that definition, there is much to say about character, leadership and making a positive difference.

So some great members of this community have joined together to create a webinar series designed to help each of us deepen our character and improve our impact and our legacy as leaders.  Our first effort was The LeadChange Revolution ebook.  Now, this leadership self-development series will be offered one episode a month for a year to supporting members of the Lead Change Group.  This new supporting membership is $24 per month to cover the costs associated with building and maintaining the community.

Although the group was started by an individual but it has always been about the community.  This is our way of encouraging you to Connect with like-minded people, Grow our leadership skills and depth of experience,  and Impact our corner of the world.  We've all been doing that is some degree. Now let's multiply that effort together.  We believe growing character-based leaders takes a community.  We want to contribute our effort into energizing a community of people committed to making a dent in the universe.

The Process

Each month, Contributing Members will receive a personal invitation to the live webinar. Don't worry if you can't make it. You will also have access to the archives as well.  And it doesn't have to stop there.  We can arrange question-and-answer conference calls and special blog post series to line up with the topic of the month.

Now that we have our own platform, we can innovate in ways that support the community and work with LinkedIn and Facebook.  This is just the beginning.  Your comments and suggestions are welcome.  We want to make this a true, highly functioning community of self-developing character-based leaders.  No one person will contribute all of the content or create all of the results.  This is a community, a tribe, of people committed to the idea that we can make a difference.  Join us?
