Monica Diaz – Leading Change Through Otheresteem

Episode #3 of Meet LeadChange this Thursday, July 8, 2010 at 3 PM EDT will be an interview with Monica Diaz (@monedays, LinkedIn).  Monica is the author of Otheresteem: Regaining the Power to Value Others and CEO of Quidam Global and LifesWork International. A global speaker, coach and Organizational Consultant, her passion lies in helping people revalue their work to boost productivity through authenticity and true leadership.

Monica’s company serves executives and global corporations helping their people take responsibility for their productivity by valuing others.  She’ll talk more about her passion for making a difference during our interview.  We’ll discuss some of her other initiatives, and, ‘ll try to understand more of her history, and how her background and her passion for character-based leadership can be applied in each of our lives.

One of her initiatives is a new program called Fulfilled Aspirations with Randall Krause.  This is a new one-of-a-kind program to boost your success by re-connecting to the DOING and BEING aspects of your aspirations!

And we’ll also talk about a new initiative that Monica is kicking off for the Lead Change Group. Monica will be doing a private webinar just for the Lead Change Group on July 20 at 3PM Eastern.  The topic of the webinar is Leading Yourself.   This will be the first of a series of offerings we’re going to provide in a premium supporters area in the new Lead Change Group website.  We’ll tell you more about how to participate in the Leading Yourself webinar and the new group website on the call.
