Karen Martin

Karen Martin is the President of TKMG, Inc, and Founder of TKMG Academy, Inc. Known for her keen diagnostic skills and rapid-results approach, Karen has consulted to global organizations in nearly every sector, shaping how leaders approach business performance. Her expertise stems from her early career as a scientist, and then building and leading operations for several rapid-growth, healthcare organizations. She’s the author of five books, including Shingo Institute award-winners The Outstanding Organization and Value Stream Mapping. Her latest, Clarity First, was a finalist in 800-CEO-READ’s 2018 Business Book of the Year. Karen holds an M.A. in Education with an emphasis in Adult Learning.
