We are not a software vendor, nor do we provide direct implementation, legal, or financial advisory services. The final decision to procure software rests entirely with the purchasing organization.

2. Affiliate Disclosure & Revenue Model

In the interest of absolute transparency, users must understand our business model:

  • Free for Users: Our matching engine, reviews, and reports are provided at zero cost to the evaluating organization.
  • Referral Compensation: LeadChange Group maintains B2B affiliate and referral partnerships with several software vendors listed on this site. If you request a demo, sign up, or purchase software through our links or our matching engine, we may receive a financial commission or lead generation fee from the vendor.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising in relation to the website or these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
