I'd like you to consider an important question: Why? Tal Shnall of the Leadership Cafe wrote a great post a while back titled Why Do You Want To Be a Leader? He asks a number of questions in the post, like "Why do you want to help people?" and "What is the contribution you want to make?" Tal's post is based on our common shared idea that leaders are measured by their contribution and we all generate our influence based on our who-we-are, or our character. Check out Tal's post and be challenged.
