Don Shapiro is president and founder of First Concepts Consultants, Inc., a management and marketing consulting practice that since 1985 has helped firms in 30 different industries to increase their rate of growth and market share. For 26 years, clients have been saying he's the guy “who asked the questions no one else ever asked.”

A curious nature, a passion for uncovering what causes things to happen and a creative spirit have lead him to make many discoveries about what causes people to buy and figure out value. After too many years of seeing clients fail to implement his recommendations, Don stated focusing on how organizations implement change and improvements. It became clear everything that happens starts with people and that requires great leadership.

For over 30 years, Don has been helping people learn, laugh and leave inspired through his speeches, workshops and training programs.
