book project, Character-based Leadership, fight the resistance, lead changeThese are times to make a raucous noise. These are times to stand up and proclaim what it is you believe. It is time for us to come together in unison and to offer up better ways that can change the world. Such a noble goal is part of the inspiration for all of us in the Lead Change community.
We are starting a conversation with all who believe in a better way to lead, who are “discomforted by the state of positional leadership in our world.” We are a community that believes that it is a leader’s character that guides his or her leadership actions.
We are starting this conversation in a Lead Change book about character-based leadership. It is a coordinated effort to make a raucous noise in unison. And we are seeking others, possibly you, who want to be part of this movement.
You may be saying, “Okay, I’m curious. But why should I?” You should only lend your voice to this book project if you want to help color the conversation about the importance of character in leadership.
If this sounds like you, then join nearly 30+ raucous-noise makers in a conference call on Wednesday, May 25th at 5 PM Eastern, 2 PM Pacific. In this call, we will finalize our plan to write our tome on character-based leadership.
