In this webinar Dr. Anne Perschel of Germane Consulting, introduces the Work-Life Flow, a process she uses in consulting with companies and coaching individuals for maximum engagement, high performance and fulfillment at work. The model begins with identification of essence, passion and purpose at the individual and organizational level but doesn’t stop there.
