Our July Theme – Creatively Responding to Conflict

Last month, the voluntary theme for contributors to the Lead Change Group blog was Unexplored Territory.

For July, we are taking the lead from The Anatomy Of Peace, the new book from The Arbinger Institute being launched in July.

This book acknowledges the fact that conflict is unavoidable. The authors say, “While we can’t avoid conflict, we can certainly choose how we respond to it.”

This month, we challenge you to write about Creatively Responding To Conflict.

If you are interested in submitting original material for Lead Change, we would love to consider your contribution! You do have to be a Leading Voice, Instigator, or Member to write for Lead Change.

Have you ever been part of creatively resolving a conflict?
