We cover payroll, HRIS, recruiting, benefits, scheduling, and related tools. Instead of opinions that cannot be checked, we build every comparison from facts verified against vendors' official documentation, publish the rules behind every score, and keep a record of what changed.
Who we serve
Our readers are the people who choose and pay for HR software:
- HR leaders and practitioners who need to know what a product actually does before a demo.
- Finance teams who need realistic pricing and total cost, not "contact sales."
- IT and security teams who need to confirm integrations, SSO, provisioning, and compliance before approving a vendor.
We write for small businesses and larger organizations alike, and we say when a product is a poor fit for a given size or industry.
Our research is organized in categories, among them HCM software, payroll and benefits software, workforce management software, talent acquisition software, talent management software and global HR software.
What makes LeadChange different
Every fact is verified. Pricing, features, integrations, and certifications are verified against a primary source, such as a vendor pricing page, product documentation, or trust center, and we record when each one was last checked.
One fact, one value, across the site. A product's price or certification is stored once and used everywhere it appears. If a comparison page and a product profile disagree, that is a bug, and our system is built to prevent it.
Rankings are computed without knowing who pays. The LeadChange Score is calculated from verified facts only. Payments, affiliate commissions, and lead fees are never inputs. See How we make money.
Real change logs. When a fact changes, the page records what changed and when. We do not quietly rewrite pages, and we do not refresh a date without changing anything.
How the work is done
- Research. We collect facts about each product from primary sources and record where and when each one was verified.
- Verification. Automated checks compare facts across pages and flag conflicts, stale data, and missing sources.
- Scoring. Products are scored with a published methodology that anyone can read.
- Checks before publication. A page goes live only after automated checks of our editorial policy rules: every fact traced to a source, enough verified data, no near-duplicate pages. Editors then review published pages, and we record each review.
- Maintenance. Each fact records the date it was last checked against its source. Facts are rechecked when we update a category's research, when we learn that a vendor's page changed and when we receive a correction request. Errors are fixed and logged on our corrections page.
The LeadChange Research Team
The LeadChange Research Team is the editorial function of LeadChange Group. It is not a single person, and we do not attribute our work to named analysts.
Our content is researched with an AI-assisted pipeline. Each factual claim is traced to a primary source, such as vendor pricing pages, product documentation, trust centers, or government sources. Claims are checked automatically for sourcing and consistency across the site before publication, and published pages are reviewed by an editor. When we get something wrong, we correct it publicly and record the correction.
