Every fact on LeadChange Group comes from a source we can point to. This page explains which sources we use, how we store facts, and how to tell us when something is wrong.

Kinds of sources

Source typeExamplesHow we use it
Primary vendor sourcesPricing pages, product documentation, help centers, API docs, trust and security centers, and integration marketplacesPreferred source for product facts
Official government sourcesAgency guidance, public registries, and regulatory publicationsLegal and regulatory context, public records
Reputable secondary sourcesEstablished industry publications, third-party review sitesUsed only when no primary source exists; always marked as secondary

Third-party user ratings are shown as cited text with links. They are never used in the LeadChange Score.

How facts are stored

Each fact is stored once and reused everywhere it appears on the site. A fact record includes:

  • Value: for example, a price per employee per month or "SOC 2 Type II: yes."
  • Source: the URL or document the value came from.
  • Date: when the value was last verified.
  • Confidence: how strongly the source supports the value.
  • History: previous values and when they changed.

Because each fact has one value, a product's price or certification cannot differ between pages. When a fact changes, every page that uses it updates and records the change in its change log.

How to report an error

If you find a fact that is wrong or out of date, email board@onyxdigitalholdings.com with:

  1. The page URL.
  2. The fact you believe is wrong.
  3. The correct value and a link to a source that supports it, if you have one.

We verify each report against sources. If the fact was wrong, we correct it and list material corrections on our corrections page.

Corrections from vendors

Software vendors can submit corrections about their own products to board@onyxdigitalholdings.com. Please include evidence, such as a link to a public pricing page, documentation, or certification.

  • Corrections are verified against sources before any change is made.
  • Corrections are never paid, and payment cannot speed up or influence them.
  • We may decline changes that cannot be verified publicly.
  • A commercial relationship with us has no effect on how a correction is handled.
