These terms govern your use of leadchangegroup.com ("the site"), operated by Onyx Digital Holdings, S.L., a Spanish limited company in formation, trading as LeadChange Group, Barcelona, Spain ("we," "us"). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The site provides research and comparisons of HR software for general information. It is not legal, tax, financial, HR compliance, or professional advice. Confirm pricing, features, and compliance details with the provider, and seek professional advice where appropriate, before making a decision.

We make a best effort to keep content accurate. Facts are verified against vendors' official documentation and dated in our records, and we correct errors publicly. However, software providers change their products and prices frequently, and information may be out of date or incomplete. Scores and rankings follow our published methodology and are not a guarantee that a product suits your needs.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

If you request pricing, you choose whether to share your details with matching software providers. Any relationship you then enter with a provider is between you and that provider. We are not a party to it and are not responsible for the provider's products, services, pricing, or conduct. See our privacy notice for how your data is handled.

If you give a phone number in our matching form and tick the consent box, you agree that the software providers named in that box may call and text you at that number about pricing and demos, including with autodialed, prerecorded and artificial or AI-generated voice calls and texts. LeadChange Group itself does not call or text you. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text to opt out of further texts from its sender, or HELP for help, and you can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to privacy@leadchangegroup.com. We accept US and Canadian numbers only.

The site links to third-party websites, and a link to a vendor may be an affiliate link, labeled "Sponsored." We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, products, or privacy practices. See How we make money.

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose.
• Submit false, misleading, or third-party information in forms, or submit requests on someone else's behalf without authorization.
• Scrape, copy, or harvest content or data from the site at scale, or use automated means to access it, except for standard search engine indexing.
• Interfere with the site's security or operation, including bypassing bot protection or rate limits.
• Misrepresent your affiliation with us or use our name to imply endorsement.

We may restrict access for anyone who breaches these terms.

The site's content, design, data compilations, scores, and trademarks belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to our pages and quote brief excerpts with attribution and a link to the source page. Any other use requires our written permission. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used for identification only.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. This does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory provisions of the consumer protection laws of the country or state where you live, and you may bring claims in the courts where the law allows you to.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
