How much pay equity costs

Common pricing models: per employee per month, tiered plans, per module or bundle, and custom quote. Too few vendors publish comparable list prices for us to give a price range; the models and cost drivers below explain what you will be quoted.

Pricing models explained

  • Per employee per month. Charged by the number of employees analyzed, often billed annually.
  • Tiered plans. Plans by headcount band, with decision checks, transparency and reporting in higher tiers.
  • Per module or bundle. Pay equity analysis sold as a module of a compensation suite or bundled with pay transparency tools.
  • Custom quote. Large or multi-country programs, and audits with advisory services, are quoted individually.

What drives the price

  • Number of employees analyzed
  • Number of countries and states in scope
  • Frequency of analysis, annual or continuous
  • Decision checks for offers, promotions and raises
  • Advisory or statistical expert services
  • Integrations with HRIS, compensation and recruiting systems

Fees to ask about before you sign:

  • Remediation budget to close the gaps found
  • Outside counsel and expert fees for privileged audits
  • Job architecture cleanup before the first analysis
  • Data preparation when pay and demographic data live in several systems
  • Price increases at renewal as headcount grows
