How to connect Greenhouse to BambooHR
- In BambooHR, create a custom access level with Add New Employees, edit access to the fields to import and edit access to Documents.
- Create one Greenhouse API user in BambooHR with that access level and generate its API key.
- Each Greenhouse Recruiting user clicks Integrations, searches for BambooHR, clicks Connect, pastes the API key and subdomain and saves.
- To export a hire, click Mark Candidate as Hired on the candidate's profile, keep Export to BambooHR? set to Yes and click Save.
