- Use a Bonusly Tech or Global admin who is also a Slack admin.
- Check that everyone's email is the same in Bonusly and Slack.
- In Bonusly's admin settings, open Integrations, choose Slack, click Add to Slack, enter your Slack domain and sign in.
- Pick the channel for the recognition feed and click Allow; add more channels later with Add New Channel.
- If the Authorize button stays gray, ask your Slack administrator for permission to add integrations.
