How to connect Slack to Culture Amp
- As a Culture Amp Account Admin, go to Settings, Account: Notifications, Get started, then Install, Allow and Submit.
- If your workspace restricts apps, ask the Slack App Manager to pre-approve Culture Amp.
- On Enterprise Grid, install it in a single workspace rather than at the Grid level.
- Fix any users flagged with Slack errors so their emails match, then click Resync Users.
- For Performance, turn on Performance notifications and make sure Anytime feedback is enabled.
