Homebase and Gusto: questions

Does Homebase integrate with Gusto?

Yes. Homebase pushes the hours tracked on its timesheets into Gusto for payroll, and imports your active Gusto employees.

What syncs from Homebase to Gusto?

Regular hours, overtime, double overtime, multi-role hours, PTO and wage rates; tips and break penalties do not.

Do Homebase hours go to Gusto automatically?

No. You export them from Timesheets with the Payroll Summary for Gusto, and they appear in Gusto's Run Payroll tab.

Can I export Homebase timesheets to Gusto again after a correction?

Yes. Each new export overrides the previous one, so you can fix mistakes or add late time cards.

Can several Homebase locations connect to one Gusto account?

Not today: Gusto does not support several Homebase locations, so hours from other locations are taken from Homebase's company-level timesheets and entered in Gusto by hand.

I changed my business address in Gusto. What do I do in Homebase?

Disconnect and reconnect the Homebase integration so the new address is picked up.

Which other employee scheduling software products integrate with Gusto?

Deputy, When I Work, and 7shifts also list Gusto.
