How to connect QuickBooks to Homebase
- Check your QuickBooks edition: the timesheet integration works with QuickBooks Online Plus only.
- In Homebase, open Settings, then Payroll, and click Connect next to QuickBooks; sign in to QuickBooks to authorize it.
- Connect each Homebase location on its own. QuickBooks keeps one Homebase location at a time.
- Import your team from QuickBooks under Team, then Add. Add future hires in QuickBooks first.
- Remove any payroll ID left from a previous provider before the first sync.
