How to connect LinkedIn to Lever
- Confirm you have LinkedIn Recruiter Corporate Edition and no active LinkedIn Talent Hub account.
- In Lever, go to Settings, Integrations and API and turn on LinkedIn - Recruiter System Connect; a LinkedIn Recruiter Admin signs in, picks the contract and the Sourcing Package.
- Click Enable in LinkedIn, allow every feature and permission for Lever, then check the integration status in Lever.
- Link each LinkedIn Recruiter seat to its Lever user.
- Click Begin Sync and wait for it to finish before using the integration.

An active LinkedIn Talent Hub account blocks it, and the switch needs a LinkedIn Recruiter Admin to sign in and pick the contract.
How often does Lever sync with LinkedIn?
Every 15 minutes, so a stage change after an InMail can take that long to show. The first full sync can take up to 48 hours on large accounts.

Public notes do. Recruiter notes are private by default, and Lever syncs only public ones to respect that setting.
