- If you still use the legacy GoodHire by Checkr integration, ask Greenhouse support to disconnect it first.
- In Greenhouse, open Integrations, search for Checkr and click Connect, then link your Checkr account or create one.
- Set up your packages in Checkr; Greenhouse lists them when ordering.
- Give the people who order checks the Site Admin or Job Admin rights to private candidate fields.
