- Connect with Administrator permissions in Toast and an Admin, or a Manager with permission, in 7shifts.
- Set the same time zone and a 5:00 AM to 5:00 AM workday in both systems.
- Map every Toast job to a 7shifts role and every employee under Integrations, Mapping before turning on any sync; identical names match on their own.
- In Integrations, My Integrations, Toast, Settings, turn on Actual Labor, then Employee Sync and Wage Sync as needed.
- For Schedule Enforcement, turn it on in 7shifts, set Enforce Schedule to Yes in Toast and republish the schedule.
