Recruitment CRM
How Recruitment CRM Is Priced
How recruitment CRM are priced: the pricing models you will meet, what drives the cost and the fees that are easy to miss.
How much recruitment CRM costs
Common pricing models: per user per month, tiered by contacts, bundled with ATS, and custom quote. Too few vendors publish comparable list prices for us to give a price range (so far Ashby does); the models and cost drivers below explain what you will be quoted.
Pricing models explained
- Per user per month. A monthly fee for each recruiter seat. Cost grows with team size and with hiring managers who need access.
- Tiered by contacts. Plans set by the number of stored contacts or monthly emails sent. Check where your pool sits relative to each tier limit.
- Bundled with ATS. CRM features included in or added to an applicant tracking plan. Often cheaper than a separate tool but less specialized.
- Custom quote. Enterprise pricing based on seats, modules and services, usually under an annual contract.

Frequently asked questions
Is there a free recruitment CRM?
If a vendor offers a free plan or a free trial of its recruiting CRM, read the limits on users, contacts and emails sent. Some ATS platforms include CRM features in their standard plans, so check what you already pay for. Before you rely on a free recruitment CRM, check whether it lets you export all your data, handles unsubscribes for the whole team and connects to the system where you track applicants. Moving a large database out of a free tool later is harder than choosing the right one now.
How much does a recruitment CRM cost?
Price depends on recruiter seats, contact volume and automation. Vendors charge per recruiter seat, by contact or email volume, or as part of an ATS contract, and enterprise deals are quoted. The pricing section above shows what the ranked vendors publish. Ask for the total with texting, data enrichment and connector fees included, because those add-ons are often priced separately.
Do recruitment CRM publish their prices?
Of the 10 recruitment CRM we track, 1 publishes a list price we can compare at 25 employees, 2 publish prices on another basis (Crelate and Recruiterflow) and 3 are quote-only (Greenhouse, iCIMS, and Lever).
Do recruitment CRM charge an implementation fee?
Recruiterflow includes it free for some buyers and prices it for others. Crelate lists one; ask for it in writing with the quote.
Can I pay for recruitment CRM month to month?
Crelate and Recruiterflow bill month to month.
How are recruitment CRM priced?
By the published pricing model — per user: Crelate and Recruiterflow; tiered plans: Ashby.
