For small changes, Ashby recommends editing the details in Workday instead of sending the hire again. Large changes mean rescinding the hire in Workday, updating the offer in Ashby and sending it again.
Can Ashby sync custom Workday fields?
Yes. Each enabled job, opening or employee field becomes a custom field in Ashby, and Support can add Workday-delivered or calculated fields on request.
