How to connect Slack to Leapsome
- Make sure the person connecting is admin in both Leapsome and Slack; Leapsome admin rights can be granted temporarily to the Slack admin.
- In Leapsome, go to Settings, Integrations and imports, Slack and click Connect Slack.
- Grant the permissions in Slack and pick the channel for public posts, or a private one if you only want personal notifications.
- Allow a few hours for accounts to match by email before announcing it to the team.
- Optionally turn on celebrations under Settings, Company, Basic settings, and the absence status under the Slack settings.
