Pricing. Both are quote-only with no published prices. Paycom prices by tools selected, with a Core minimum and Complete tiers per suite; Workday directs buyers to Contact Sales and publishes Success Plan tiers without prices.
Capabilities. Paycom documents seven HCM capabilities, including payroll tax, time and attendance, benefits, and recruiting, plus specific payroll items such as tax filing and garnishments. Workday documents core HR, workforce planning, analytics, and multi-entity global support, but does not detail its payroll capabilities publicly.
Integrations. Workday's Marketplace lists apps, agents, and partners such as DailyPay and HiredScore, without counts. Paycom does not publish integrations, an API, or a marketplace, though it does not say they are unavailable.
Security. Paycom documents ISO 27001 (plus 22301, 9001, 27701, and 42001) and SSO. Workday's trust overview names no certifications on the pages we reviewed, so a comparison is not possible.
Fit and support. Paycom targets small, midsize, and enterprise buyers and assigns a dedicated specialist. Workday cites enterprise customers, though its footer also shows midsize solutions, and we could not confirm its support channels.
