How to connect Jira to Lattice
- Check that you use Jira Cloud (an atlassian.net address).
- Create an API token for Jira's general API with the Atlassian account that will connect.
- In Lattice, go to Admin, Settings, Platform, Integrations, choose Jira under Data Integrations and click Create Connection.
- Enter a name, your atlassian.net server, the email and the token; optionally limit access to departments or users.
- On a goal, choose Create goal, Key result, Jira Integration, then enter a JQL query and pick how progress is measured.
