How to connect Salesforce to Lattice
- Check that you are an admin in both Lattice and Salesforce; a Salesforce admin can get IT permissions in Lattice instead.
- In Lattice, go to Admin, Settings, Platform, Integrations and select Salesforce under Data Integrations.
- Click Create connection, sign in to Salesforce and name the connection; optionally limit it to chosen departments or users.
- On a new key result, choose Salesforce Integration under How will you measure progress?, then search for and select the report.
- Pick a value from the report, the measurement ($, # or %) and a start and target amount.
