Pricing. Neither vendor publishes prices. Paylocity offers pricing only through a demo form; Software Advice reports that UKG Pro pricing is quote-only.
Capabilities. Both cover core HR, time and attendance, recruiting and onboarding, analytics, and workforce planning. Paylocity also documents benefits and compensation management; UKG Pro adds scheduling and demand forecasting. Neither list proves the other lacks a feature.
Integrations. Both offer a documented API and webhooks. UKG Pro lists a marketplace with partners such as Okta, PlanSource, and Toast POS. Paylocity does not publish an integration count.
Security. UKG Pro documents SOC 2 Type 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, and a trust center. Paylocity does not publish its certifications, so we cannot name a winner.
Fit and support. Paylocity targets 1-99, 100-499, and 500+ employee bands; UKG Pro targets mid-market and enterprise. We could not confirm support channels for either vendor.
